Workshop: Computational Analysis of Ancient Genomes-2022:
A renewed version of the Computational Analysis of Ancient Genomes Workshop was held on 7-11 February 2022 free of charge. We covered a wider range of topics in population genetics, including raw data processing, genotyping, PCA, f-statistics, kinship, selection, ROH, qpAdm / qpWave, and ADMIXTURE.
